trainee which should be SMARTER (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic,
Time specific, able to be Evaluated and Reviewed)
Recognition of the wider audience for this report e.g. HEI, external
examiner, next placement school, etc.
Clear links to how the trainee can progress and also further develop their
skills and knowledge
Contain elements of reflection and evaluation
